Grease Trap Inspection
A Grease Trap Inspection is a type of commercial inspection performed on a property where you own or manage a restaurant. This means that the owner or manager is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.
A Grease Trap is a plumbing device designated to intercept and trap grease, oils, and fats from wastewater generated in your kitchen. It prevents these substances from entering the sewer system, where they can cause clogs and other costly plumbing issues.
